Reflection-in-Action is thinking on your feet. Experience and a history of critical reflection and feedback aid our ability to act in the moment in positive ways.

Reflection-on-Action occurs after the fact. Ideally, this is a mix of self-reflection, community of practice and peer review, staying current on literature and student feedback.
